We have managed and inspected construction projects as small as $100,000 streetscape improvements to multi-phase new expressway corridors as large as $800M.

CDR Maguire’s project management staff has experience, including as government manager, which gives us the unique perspective of owners. We know that onsite inspection and documentation, using the most current and effective process controls, are the keys to controlling costs and completing projects on time.
CONSTRUCTABILITY/COST ESTIMATING
Our team is comprised of individuals with demonstrated success in evaluating the constructability of some of the Northeast’s most prominent and complex construction contracts. We ensure bid documents incorporate the most current and innovative approaches to handling known and possible construction issues for practicality and to minimize public impacts. We monitor change-order costs and time impacts to produce an effective project.
CPM SCHEDULING
Schedule analysis is essential to timely project completion and key to evaluating claims and delays controlling project costs. CPM scheduling is one of CDR Maguire’s core strengths. Our engineering managers support schedule development during design and initial constructability as well as verify the contractor’s schedule during construction.
