Sproul Trunkline and Development Area

Cogan House Township, Lycoming County, PA

We delivered engineering, permitting, alignment planning, survey, and environmental tasks for this 28-mile trunkline that services an 84 square mile development area. This trunkline extends from a Columbia Gas transmission line eastward to connect to a roughly 24-mile gathering system. The subsequent phases of this project could reach a total of 52 miles of trunkline. Our evaluation
discovered 53 wetlands and 10 streams in the proposed corridor. Our alignment plan crossed 38 wetlands and 9 streams with open-cut and directional drilling.
