Cody Goss is Vice President of Construction Services – PA East, leading our CM/CI group throughout Central and Eastern Pennsylvania with 110 field and management personnel serving public clients, PennDOT District 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, 5-0, 6-0, and 8-0; the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (East); and various municipal clients. He has 13 years of CM/CI experience in the Transportation Construction industry, joining CDR Maguire Engineering through their acquisition of McTish, Kunkel & Associates in August of 2022.

Goss has successfully held positions as a CM Project Manager, Scheduler, QA/QC Field Manager, CM/CI Training Coordinator, Transportation Construction Manager, Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor, and Transportation Construction Inspector—managing transportation construction projects from $500K to $168M in construction value. His CM/CI experience includes contract administration, construction management, training and development of staff, and construction inspection services.

Goss has been actively involved on numerous industry committees and is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). He has a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and holds a NICET Level IV certification in Highway Construction Inspection (HCI).
