Wayne Swinehart is Operations Manager for CDR Maguire Engineering in Williamsport, PA. Mr. Swinehart has over 22 years of experience as a project manager in the Environmental, Civil, and Oil & Gas industries. His experience includes environmental permitting, pipeline and well pad design, civil earthworks, brownfield redevelopment, soil & groundwater investigations, Pennsylvania Act 2, geotechnical, and site development projects.

Prior to joining CDR Maguire Engineering, Mr. Swinehart spent 15 years successfully leading many projects in the Marcellus and Utica Natural Gas Plays (Appalachian Basin), delivering best-in-class design of well pads, pipelines, facilities, as well as, energy utility industry projects including transmission pipelines, and city gate stations & regulators.

Mr. Swinehart holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Clarion University, is a certified APM Project Manager, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Professional Geologists.
